White cinc coating without CrVI

White zinc plated surface is a passivation treatment with a trivalent chromium compound (Cr III), not containing hexavalent chromium (Cr VI), white.

The trivalent zinc plated yellow chromate or zinc chromate Trivalent has a shiny appearance with yellow flecks, and replaces the old passivated or hexavalent chromate yellow.

As both finishes do not contain hexavalent chromium, a substance considered dangerous to the health of people and the environment, comply with the European RoHS directive.

The corrosion resistance of these finishes is about 100 hours to white corrosion and 150 hours to red rust in salt spray chamber.
